Important Notice

Please read all instructions carefully before starting your application. Ensure you have all required documents and information ready before proceeding.

Before You Begin
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Have all required documents ready (scanned copies)
  • Have your UNEB results information available
  • Prepare your personal information and contact details
  • Have your next of kin information ready
  • Ensure you have a valid email address and phone number
Required Documents

The following documents are required for your application:

  • Academic Certificates:
    • UCE (O-Level) Certificate or Statement of Results
    • UACE (A-Level) Certificate or Statement of Results (if applicable)
    • UNEB Index Numbers for both O-Level and A-Level
  • Identification Documents:
    • National ID or Passport (scanned copy)
    • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Other Documents:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Medical Certificate (if applicable)
    • Any other relevant academic documents
Application Process

The application process consists of 5 steps:

Personal Information

Enter your personal details including name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and marital status.

Contact Details

Provide your contact information including phone number, email address, physical address, and next of kin details.

Academic Qualifications

Enter your O-Level and A-Level information including school names, index numbers, and examination years.

Program Choice

Select up to 3 program choices in order of preference, choose your preferred session (Day, Evening, or Weekend), and select intake (January or August).

Review & Submit

Review all information carefully, accept terms and conditions, and submit your application.

Program Selection

You can select up to three (3) program choices in order of preference:

  • Your first choice is mandatory
  • Second and third choices are optional
  • Ensure you meet the minimum entry requirements for your selected programs
  • Program availability is subject to capacity and entry requirements
Session Options

The following session options are available:

Session Description Schedule
Day Regular daytime classes Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Evening Evening classes for working students Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Weekend Weekend classes Saturday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Intake Periods

The university offers two intake periods per academic year:

  • January Intake: Applications open in September/October of the previous year
  • August Intake: Applications open in March/April of the same year
Application Fee
Payment Information

An application fee is required to complete your application. Payment instructions will be provided after you submit your application form. Keep your payment receipt for reference.

After Submission
  • You will receive an application number immediately after submission
  • Save your application number for future reference
  • You can check your application status using your application number
  • You will receive email notifications regarding your application status
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews or further documentation
Important Notes
Please Note:
  • All information provided must be accurate and truthful
  • False information may lead to disqualification
  • You cannot edit your application after submission
  • Keep a copy of your submitted application for your records
  • Application deadlines are strictly enforced
  • Incomplete applications will not be processed
